There are two entrances to the Sunset Lakes Community. Upon initial arrival, you'll use the west entrance where there is a keypad to unlock the community gate (we'll provide you with the code before you arrive). After arrival, we make a gate opener available for use during your stay, and you may use that to open the east gate, which is much more conveniently located to our place. Our home offers two driveway parking spaces. A third car can sometime squeeze in at the bottom of the driveway as long as no cars block the sidewalks. The Homeowner's Association does not allow on-street parking between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., and they really do have cars towed, so please don't plan for more cars than can fit in the driveway.

Homeowners Tim and Kristy live in Michigan and have hired wonderful, professional property managers who live right in the Sunset Lakes community and are nearby to help ensure that you have the best possible stay. As owners we will be available by phone/text to support you every step of the way, and our local property managers will step in to assist if any local/immediate help is needed.

Sunset Lakes gated community features lovely tree-lined streets, tot-lot play place, community pool, dock and gazebo where you can sometimes catch a glimpse of the Disney fireworks. The community is a few miles from Disney and convenient to SeaWorld and Universal. The Margaritaville Resort, the Promenade at Sunset Walk and Island H20 Water Park are biking distance away. Many retail stores and restaurants are nearby. We love that this community offers close proximity to amazing area attractions, but also offers an escape from all that to natural beauty that makes it a destination all its own!

Sunset Vista Shores offers a driveway for two cars. A third car can sometimes fit on the lower part of the driveway. No cars may block the sidewalk. On-street parking is allowed during the day only. The Homeowner's Association does tow cars left on the street between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. without warning. A small community carpark is available, but no guarantees can made of its availability. Unfortunately, this is not an ideal location for guests who need to bring several cars.
